I hope you are all having a wonderful summer.
The Knoxville Chapter is having  a successful, busy 2010. We held our first annual Casino Night fundraiser in May. This event was held at The Emporium located in downtown Knoxville. We had a fantastic committee that went above and beyond to make this a super fun night for everyone. We are all looking forward to our Fall Fashion Show and still need lots of help on this committee. If you are interested in helping please contact Maryann Azambuja.
I was honored to receive the Silver Chapter Award of Excellence 2009 for our chapter at the National Mid-Year Conference held in Washington DC. Sally Sparks, Kim Poplawski and I attended this conference that is always packed with new and applicable information on what is currently going on in the real estate world. I am looking forward to attending the TAR Fall conference that will be held in Memphis, TN. I would like to encourage each of you to log on to the local WCR website, www.knoxville.wcr-tn.com , to access local, state, and national WCR resources. There is a wealth of information on each that can help you in your real estate business. Also, plug yourself in and get the most out of WCR by volunteering to help on a committee.
